Noo's Surprise 89 Birthday

We pulled off Noo’s surprise birthday lunch without a hitch. Noo’s expression as he came into the room was priceless. We all hailed “Happy Birthday Noo!” And in his quiet gentle voice he said: “I think I’m gonna cry” as the tears welling up in his eyes showing his delight. We arrange the tables in a big “U” shape and put Noo at the head. His brother “Ducky” and his first cousin Vernon sat beside him. There were 17 able to come. We missed the ones that had commitments and were not able to make it this time. The food at Oceanview II was great and Donna brought a delicious chocolate cake that was served for dessert. Some family stories were told and a good time was had by all.
