Proposed Changes

1. o   Article I, Section 4, third paragraph, last sentence, reads; Sallie and John Kinsler Davis’ mother were both Kinslers and first cousins… This should be changed to: Sallie and John’s mothers were second cousins and Kinslers…

2. o   Article III, Section 2. Add email, etc…

3. o   Article III, Section 3. It reads: regular meeting. It should say annual meeting.

4. o   Article IV, Section 2. It reads: a regular. Should say the annual.

5. o   Article IV Section 3. It reads: regular. Should say annual.

6. o   Article IV, Section 4. Add email, etc…

7. o   Article V, Section 1, Reads April. Should say January.

8. o   Article V, Section 6. Should be removed. I do not believe the association should need to borrow money or mortgage property.

9. o   Article V, Section 7. Could be removed. Redundant to Article IV, Section 3.

10. o   Add Article V, Section ?. The Secretary and Treasurer positions can be combined or separated by a vote of the Board of Directors.

11. o   Article VI, Section 1. Reads: provided in Article V Sections 4 and 5. Should say: outlined above.
